Start with the controller, then add the strips and leads to go with it.
CARGB Controller
TBA
The controller that reads your vehicle's CAN bus and drives the lighting. Full functionality, no feature lock-outs, and free firmware updates for life.
- Plugs into the socket under your dash on most cars from 2008 on, or reads an aftermarket engine computer directly. You choose which in the app once it arrives.

CARGB LED Strip
TBA
Addressable WS2815 LED strip, 12 V, pre-terminated and ready to mount. Cut to fit a side skirt or a bumper, with a matching lead.
- In the box: pre-terminated lead in the length you choose, end caps for sealing a cut end, zip ties for securing the lead, adhesive mounting clips, isopropyl wipes for surface prep.
Power budgetfor this selection
- 1 × 1.8 m
- 1 × 54 = 54 LEDs
- Every LED white, full brightness
- 54 × 47 mA = 2.5 A
- Running colour (red, green, blue, cyan, yellow, violet)
- About 1.3 A
- One controller supplies
- 5.0 A
Within budget, even with every LED white at full brightness.

Strip Lead
TBA
Extends the run out to a strip from a controller output. Plug on one end and receptacle on the other, so the strip plugs into it exactly as it would into the controller.

Worth knowing before you order
- The controller has 4 LED outputs.
- A single output can be split to drive more than one strip — both side skirts from one channel, for instance. Strips sharing a channel show exactly the same thing at the same time; two channels is what lets two runs animate independently.
- The four outputs share 5 A at 12 V, rated across the controller's whole temperature range, or 8 A kept cool and well ventilated. A long install can exceed that at full white, which is the brightest thing the strip is ever asked to do.
- Strips can also be joined end to end. The firmware then treats them as one longer strip and addresses the LEDs continuously, so a pattern travels the whole length instead of repeating on each one.
- A single run tops out at 800 LEDs. A series chain counts as one run, so its LEDs are counted together against that limit.
- You can cut a strip shorter, but re-waterproofing the cut end is then your responsibility.
