Firmware updates
Firmware updates are free for the life of the product, delivered over USB-C or Bluetooth. There is no subscription and no paid tier of features.
Water
The hardware we currently sell is water resistant. It is not guaranteed fully waterproof, and water damage is not covered by this warranty.
Cutting a strip shorter leaves the cut end for you to re-seal, and damage that follows from an unsealed cut is not covered.
Everything else
Hardware faults are covered for 12 months from delivery. Email support with your order number and we will sort it out.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
