Shipping and returns

Orders are shipped to Australia. If you are outside that area and want one, email sales@tevtronix.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can help yet.

Hardware ships from stock.

Unused hardware in its original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or not what you ordered.

A strip that has been cut cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing on this page limits those rights.
